What thickener would recommened for thickening fruit juice to make a pie or cobbler? corn starch, arrow root, or tapioca? Can we have any of these? If not what would you recommend?
Hi, Deborah. Any of those are fine (as long as the corn starch is organic), though arrowroot is considered to have the advantage health-wise.
Thanks!!
