Where a snack is listed as 1 slice of SWG bread and an egg, can I use a smidgen of butter on the bread or is that considered an added fat to be factored in?
Hi, fotogal. If you don’t have heart disease, and it is a teaspoon or less of butter, and is just once a day, don’t worry about it. Enjoy.
