aegdenMemberI am confused when i read that we can have almost limitless fruits and vegetables on page 13 of the quickstart guide. Does this mean I can add them to my mini meals on top of what is outlined in the meal? Or in between mini meals? What does limitless really mean? I have been afraid to add fruit to my mini meal if it didn’t have it already listed because I thought maybe there was too much sugar

aegdenMemberI think so, but who knows I am so new at this lol
I am holding off and staying the course as is until I find out more. I believe it with veggies – at least the ones on the “unlimited” list. I think I could have a problem with the fruit because I love sugar of any kind and have to wean myself off it.

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, Anita. Certain vegetables are indeed so low in sugar that you can eat nearly limitless amounts of them – we have a list to which you can refer here http://www.trimdownclub.com/vegetables-3/.
Fruits are another story, as they contain a considerable amount of sugar – that isn’t a bad thing, it just needs to be taken into account. - AuthorPosts
