    hi can you tell me if green canderal stevia is safe to use and will not affect the heatly eating plan

    Hi, 123joannae. Their Stevia product is fine (just note that it has lactose, if you are intolerant). We would not recommend their other non-caloric sweeteners, as they are artificial in nature.
