Do you recommend a daily multivitamin? If so, what kind? Is there a way to help with the nausea that can sometimes accompany a multivitamin?
Hi, stephmorse. Not necessarily. If you choose foods from all the food groups, the menu planner will give you a balanced diet that will meet all of your needs. If you go light on dairy and alternatives, you may wish to look into a calcium supplement – citrate, citrate-malate, or just plain carbonate are well-used types.
If you choose to take a multivitamin just make sure it will dissolve all the way. Many times when you take pills they come out the other end without doing much good. I can only get my family to eat the gummies so it works out well for me.
