    Whole Foods has both Organic Pasture-Raised eggs and Organic Omega-3 eggs. I thought the pasture-raised egg has omega-3, but it’s not printed on the egg crate. Between the two eggs, which is better?

    By pasture raised is that the equivalent to free ranged eggs in Australia? 🙂

    Hi, Eliza. Theoretically, yes. However, since terms about laying hen conditions are a bit unregulated in general, it would be best if you ask the shop about the particular brand or look it up (and any reviews of it) to be sure.
