    I have found that just cutting out some things and reducing my intake on others works for me. It is not easy but like giving up smoking once you have made your mind up it just works. Being retired I find that keeping occupied is the main thing. Still enjoy my food but have a different outlook regarding the naughty and nice things and portion size. Keeping in touch with other will help. Good luck.

    Listen to the ad first and then follow the site, lots to read though as everything on line, like you I have just joined and working my way round. Good luck to you
