I would like to know if using bottled lemon juice is as beneficial to health as fresh-squeezed lemons.
Bottled has less vitamin C and usually has preservatives (unless it is the type that must be refrigerated).
I use fresh squeezed lemon juice for salads. Out went any salad dressing with sugar in it. Now I heat 1/2 teaspoon cumin in a skillet and add 1/3 cup lemon juice and 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar. Whisk it off the heat and put it in a little bottle. My salads taste great and are sugar free. Batha
Thank you Batha for a great sounding dressing! Can’t wait to try it
I agree the sound of the ingredients blend of that salad dressing
