sandiclaws50MemberPer my doctor I can only eat 1 fruit a day and need to cut out wheat completely. Does anyone else have these limitations? If so, how have you worked the limitations into your meal planning?

blessingcatcherMemberHi, Sandi! I don’t have those limitations, but with the new menu abilities to switch out a meal, you can take out the extra fruit(s) and sub veggies for it. Also, it will enable you to eliminate the wheat from your meals as well. You can substitute the gluten-free products that are listed. Also, most of the recipes are made without wheat. Look and see what you think. 😉

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, sandiclaws50. In your profile, you can specify that you need the gluten-free menu, and that will eliminate all wheat.
Regarding the fruit, most patterns have only 2-3servings, so you can swap the extra ones for vegetables. No worries.November 20, 2013 at 2:53 pm #16531
sandiclaws50MemberThank you so much ladies. I was about to give up before I even got started (a habit with me). I’ll take another loo the menu options and get my butt in gear!
