telepathMemberToday is my third day of eating healthy and exercising. The third or fourth day is when something happens and my mind becomes blank and I find myself overeating. I am so sick and tired of being sick and tired. I don’t want to repeat the same old pattern.

anndiet13MemberNobody is perfect and you need to allow yourself not to be perfect. This is a learning too for you to make a life change. Take baby steps. Some days, you will do it perfectly and some days, you will struggle. But you need to learn from those hard days. What would help you to get through it easier? What could you do different tomorrow? We are all here for you and struggling in our own ways. You can do this. One step at a time . . . one meal at a time. Hang in there. Don’t give up!!! Ann
