    Thanks and Hello, my question is that my sugar goes up ( type 2 ) so am i in the correct group low sugar, thanks.

    fitman , this diet is based on the Am erican diabetic Assciation. You joined our group already but the diabetes group might be a good for you in addition to our group!!
