    Does anyone know if IC5 can be shipped to the UK? Also is it worth the hassle!

    I am in the UK and AMA trying to learn what some of the foods are. but now I have to know where to source them from or what I can use as replacements? I am so new to this if anyone in the UK has advice it would be a relief! thanks,
