    I want to know if there are any side effects eating guar gum which is present in the egg white carton which
    Can be bought in the supermrkets ?

    Hi, Manjitbhasin. If a large amount of guar gum is taken without adequate water, it can cause a blockage in the esophagus. Other than that, it is considered quite safe.
