dhpaziMemberI would not use Splenda or Nutri-sweet. There are a lot of studies that show these types of sweeteners can be harmful to your health. I would stick with Stevia or agave.

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, all. Splenda, Nutrasweet, saccharin, etc. are indeed not recommended, as they are artificial and have been linked to weight gain. We suggest Stevia, monk fruit, and inulin for noncaloric options, and xylitol or coconut sugar/nectar for caloric options. Agave is OK only in very small amounts because it tends to be unkind to the liver and blood fat levels.

CBalkevichMemberI was wondering what to drink as well?? I drink mostly water but that is getting old. I’m not a coffee drinker, I’ll drink tea if I have to. I do like my orange juice (I buy not from concentrate). Please any suggestions or advice would be great. Thanks much.

MARSHHILLSMemberI don’t need a sweetener I WAT TO KNOW WHATTO USE TO LIGHTEN MY COFFEE SUCH AS MILK OR SOMETHING ELSE

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, Marshhills. We recommend vegan milks, such as almond, hazelnut, etc. You can also use regular full-fat milk – if you only add a little bit, it won’t through off your daily intake.

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, CBalkevich. It looks like you would be a good candidate for infused waters (see example of how to make these here http://www.trimdownclub.com/recipe/crystal-punch/). If you really like orange juice, we recommend to blend whole orange pieces with water – this will, of course, count as a fruit exchange.
