    Hi again, friends. Here is my third big issue for now. I am drawn to the fridge starting almost exactly at 8 or 9 pm. I don’t even know what I am looking for. It could be to crunch an apple, green pepper, leftovers. It’s a rotten habit, and there must be some good ideas out there to deal with it. It lasts until bedtime, but fortunately does not affect me in the middle of the night.

    Are you eating all your meals and eating all your snacks? Look at what time your are eating you last meal. and last snack. I always try to make my last snack I really look forward to like a smoothie. it is also important to plan them around the time you know you;ll have attacks.

    Dovy ,I do wish you would join us in Successful Beginnings and Support. We can answer all these kinds of things that happen, cravings and how to handle them..recipes, ides for snacks. One of my favorite is 20 pretzels, 2 string cheese ,jalapeno and 25 grapes or and apple. but in order to have great snacks you have to plan way ahead for them.. otherwise you be a fridge-starer.//we have many ideas in our group we love to share… one more quick one. Vegetable soup. I eat it at least once a day for one of my 5 veggie servings. I’m never hungry at bedtime because of veggie soup and crunchy cauliflower,pea, and cashew salad. good luck and God bless

    Thanks you, Deborah. I am a Newbie. I like the idea of veggies or pretzels at night, and yes, I will come over to the Beginners Group especially to deal with my late evening fridge staring syndrome. 😉
