MemberHi, Triplets, and welcome! Please do take advantage of the simpler foods in the lists – fresh fruits and vegetables, nuts and seeds, pasta, bread, cheese, etc., as well as recipes with “Simple,” “Classic,” “Homemade,” and “Basic” in the title. No need to be fancy, just eat unprocessed whole foods as much as possible, spread the meals out along the course of your day, and you’re already benefiting. Maximizing time efficiency here can eventually become second nature.

MemberOh, my, triplets! I am impressed that you will even try anything at all!! lol … you are a brave woman! The goal of the program, besides what Ossie already told you is to eat 6 small meals a day… every couple of hours. Use your menu as your guide to show you an idea of portion amounts. You can do other things with the menu, but I’m not sure you would have much time to fool with it! 😉 Good luck! jan
