    I would like to know why am really hungry. Maybe I need to add more protein?

    I often feel that way too. Try a couple of sticks of string cheese – or Greek Yogurt w honey. Also, I find snaking on a mixture of nuts, sunflower seeds, raisins and dried cranberries very satisfing. Another trick when you have a craving – go brush your teeth. You’d be surprised but, that fresh clean feeling just seems to make your mouth feel satisfied.
