I didn’t see Pummelo on the fruit list. being that it is in the grapefruit type family is it ok to eat? It may look bigger but it has a thick skin and not a tart taste.
Hi, DWishoff. Because pummelo is larger than a grapefruit, 1/3 is a serving (equal to 1 cup of cut pieces) instead of 1/2.
Pummelo must be a fruit obtainable in the USA I am in the UK and have never come across this fruit, I have changed from my usual mango & apple juice start to the day to start off my 5 a day to grapefruit juice my weight loss has doubled since my change.
