Hey all, I’d just like to say that it’s been about 5 days since I’ve started this new nutrition plan and I have to say I am really encouraged. Living in the Northeast it is very hard to exercise in the winter but I am fitting it in where possible and working on changing my nutrition. After a few up and down years on other weight management programs I am really excited about trim down club. I am looking at my plight in a different way not using the term ”diet” when explaining my new plan but using the term ”nutrition plan”. Diet to me always seems to have a negative stigma so I am changing my mental plan first. I have been shopping a few times and yes some of the food is expensive but most is available at my local grocery store. I think the biggest reason behind America’s weight problem is exactly that- cheap food is inexpensive so for most of today’s families it is the only way to go. Hopefully ideas like trim down club will make more healthy options available for all America’s families. I will update on my progress. I have vowed to stay off the scale for a month after being a scale fanatic for so long, after all that’s not really what this is about.

    Hi Pastanoodles,

Even though I’ve been a member of the club for a year or more, I’ve never used it. I;m going to try and use the club in my weight loss efforts. I have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome which adds a few more challenges to weight loss. Good Luck. Hoping it will work out for both of us!

I just joined last week. My biggest challenge is I’m a pet sitter and I am in my car long stretches at a time. I got use to fast food because I’d be starving. Does anyone know of some good snacks or food I can take with me in the car so I don’t get to the point that I am starving and look for the easy way?

I joined this after listening to the FIVE things NOT to eat to eliminate belly fat. I am preparing to begin my regimen, however am disappointed to realize I did not get to hear all the BAD foods…. I got the Orange Juice, Margarine, GMO Corn, and Soy….what did I miss and can I listen to this again? Thanks Cl

Hi all, I just joined Trim Down Club a few moments ago. I am going to take a few days between my hectic work schedule to become a bit more familiar with much of the information that is given so I may maneuver through it more easily. I believe 2014 to be a continued year of wholeness for me and my family.

gravos, you can go to home and log out and see the presentation again! There may be an easier way to do it, but that’s my suggestion! I just id it by mistake today!!!

Hi, Gravos. The last one: artificial sweeteners, including high-fructose corn syrup, saccharin, sucralose, aspartame, and acesulfame K. If you want to see the presentation again, you can use the “Contact Us” link below, and Customer Service will get you set up.
