Hello everyone, I have been on the plan for a week and 4 days and I have not lost an oz. What can I do or what am I doing wrong? I feel like Im eating so much and sometimes I can’t seem to fit anything else down..

Hi, AngieW, and welcome. Sometimes it takes the body a little while to get used to the plan. If you have been on deprivation diets before, your metabolism needs some time to get back up to normal. You can give it a nudge by changing your exercise a little – work some new muscles, insert a few 30-second spots of intense play, etc. If it does not pass in a couple of weeks, please do repost, and I will problem-solve with you.
