Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. / 30 g whole oats (not instant), preferably sprouted
- 1 Brazil nut, chopped
- 2 tsp. / 6 g pumpkin seeds
- 2 tsp. / 6 g sunflower seeds
- 2 tsp. / 6 g almonds, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. / 9 g dried currants or sultanas/raisins
Directions
- Mix together dry ingredients.
Serve with plain yogurt, preferably organic vegan or pastured (6 oz / 170 g = ½ protein + ½ carb exchange)
