Ingredients
- 24 Chicken wings, organic/pastured
- 15 oz Organic tomato sauce
- ¼ cup Apple cider vinegar
- ⅓ cup Pure honey
- ¼ cup Tomato paste
- 3 tbs Worcheshire sauce
- 2 tsp No-salt liquid smoke
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- ½ Teaspoon of kosher salt
- ½ tsp Ground black pepper
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper

Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 °F.
- Whisk all ingredients together in a medium saucepan.
- Simmer over medium-low heat for 20 minutes, or until the sauce has slightly thickened.
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper, then place a wire rack on top of it and spray it with non-stick cooking spray. (If you don’t have a wire rack, you can bake the chicken directly on the parchment.)
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken wings and bbq sauce. Gently toss to coat.
- Transfer chicken wings to the prepared baking rack, and line them up in a single layer. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from oven.
- Brush with the remaining bbq sauce.
- Serve warm.
