cherrysmithMemberI’ve read everything TrimDown has made available. I’ve ordered every supplement BioTrust has recommended. Now I’ve ordered their protein powder where I’m supposed to drink two drinks per day and eat one meal. I don’t know if I’m coming or going and my weight loss has STOPPED at 7 pounds. Somebody, please help. I’m ready to jump off the roof

MontgomParticipantHi Cherry – I totally recommend Trim Down Club. You really don’t need any supplements or liquid meals – it is a balanced meal plan that is designed to give you good nutrition. I take Vit C and calcium & Vic D because of osteoporosis and every second person has a cold but for food – this is really good. I am losing weight, very slowly, but losing. And I can cheat once a week which is good.
I’m sure most of the members will agree – and good luck, this really works.

blessingcatcherMemberHi, Cherry! Georgia is right. The Trim Down Club works wonderfully … without going to the protein drinks or any extras. Most of us take supplements of some kind, but they aren’t required for your weight loss. Have you made use of the menu planner? It spells out exactly what to eat, how much of it to eat, and when to eat it (well, as a snack or a meal). It is flexible in that you can exchange foods using the arrows to the right of each food. If you follow it, you will be amazed to find that the weight just slowly melts away, and you are never hungry and don’t feel deprived!! 🙂 jan

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, Cherry. If you want to get out of a plateau, try switching your exercise regimen to work some new muscles for a while.

DeborahjjhayesMemberCherry, If you jusr eat the healthy foods they have for you you will lose. When I even skip one snack I don’t lose. It is balanced out perfectly for you on the menu planner.Blessings It sounds to me like you are not eating enough real food.
