I’m new at this. Just wanted to say that I love the idea of snacks during the day. They look like a lot of food to eat, however. Does anyone have any advice about how to do the snack while at work? I teach first grade and sometimes, I don’t get to eat at all. 🙂 I’m determined, though. I’ll take any advice anyone has to give.
Hi, Barb! And, welcome! Take things that are easy to take a bite of on the run! Opt for string/stick cheese, boiled egg, pretzels, popcorn, crackers, apple or orange, or raisins … to name a few. It IS doable … you are right. Also, if you make up some of the shakes, you can put them in a jar and take them in a lunch bag w/ frozen thingy. To serve, just shake up and drink up! Easier than eating! 🙂 Choose your combos that work for you. It may take a while by trial and error, but it CAN be done! (I taught school for 30 years, so I totally understand!! lol) jan
