I am not totally au fait with the UK versions of the following things – can anyone help please?
Natural pancakes (frozen), cottage cheese (raw).
Thanks
Hi May, 🙂
I’m not totally “au fait” (totally knowledgeable) either, but perhaps I may spur some insight and ‘others’ to respond to your question. [?]
First: I ‘believe’ raw cottage cheese is made with ‘raw milk’, from cows that graze on natural grasses. Milk used that would be considered raw/organic. [?]
As-far-as “natural pancakes” — you may want to check-out:

I hope this was/is somewhat helpful. 😉
