AlyouzaMemberHi everyone,
I wanted to ask a quick question on consuming fish oil. I am new to Trim Down Club.
I am 22 years old female and my goal is to get toned body by June 2014 and I am trying my best to eat clean and healthy. I was use to be 43 kg a year ago but then I decided to put on a bit of weight. Now I am 48 kg but still not fully toned. I do not have any medical condition or anything and when I was deciding which foods to include in my diet I choose food with “Low sugar” contents. According to menu planner on TrimDownClub I am expected to consume fish oil three times a day. When I clicked on the “Fish oil” hyperlink in my menu planner then it took me to this website . I consume protein shake twice a day and go to gym 4-5 times a week. I am a full time bio medical science student.
I eat different types of fish three times a week but I never tried fish oil capsules before. I really want to get a toned body by June 2014. Are fish oil capsules safe to use at this age ?Please advice me.
Any help and advice will be much appreciated.
Thanks 🙂February 9, 2014 at 8:05 pm #18006
DaisyDewMemberHi Alyouza, 😉
Go to ‘This Forums’ page # 4 and scroll about 2/3 the way down and click on: “Fish Oils”. Then scroll to the bottom of the page and begin reading replies from the bottom up. 🙂 You may want to consult your doctor as to your needs for taking a dosage three times a day. But I would seriously consider Krill Oil to ‘fish oil’. That is a personal preference, and you may want to do some research regarding the benefits of Krill v/s fish. Big-big difference.
With you being so ‘young’ and a ‘student’ — researching should be like fallin’ off a log for you. 😛
Janie 😉
