cherokeegirl101MemberI need help with eating correctly to help burn fat. I eat small portions, not ever really hungry and doctor tells me I don’t eat enough. I have gained weight with no answer to why. I exercise at least 5 days a week, and consume less than a 1000 calories on a daily basis. I would like some help with fat burning recipes, as I don’t have the money required to join another program at $375 and have daily support and recipes.

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, CherokeeGirl101. Your doctor is right – it does indeed look as though you do not eat enough. A couple of things might be holding you back, other than the possibility of a medical condition like hypothyroid, which hopefully your doctor checked for you.
One is that your body may be used to the exercise you are doing and would benefit from you changing it a little to work different muscles, increase the intensity, or mix up the rhythm by inserting 30 second bits of high intensity into your regular pace – but of course only hen eating more. This may up your metabolic rate.
Another issue is that if you have been eating processed foods, you may have been at a disadvantage.
For recipes, please see those on our website. The least expensive ones are generally labeled “Classic,” “Homemade,” “Simple,” and “Basic”. - AuthorPosts
