How do you count arrowrroot and corn starch? Is one preferred over the other for a thickener? Thanks, Ossie!!
Hi, Debbie. Arrowroot is preferred because it is less likely to have been manipulated in a way that can work against your efforts here. If you do use cornstarch, at least make sure it is organic.
2 Tablespoons of either is equal to one “carb” exchange.
