I started with the trim down diet on Monday and have gained a 1kg instead of loosing anything. Is it to soon to see results?

Have you been on deprivation diets before? What is your activity level?
Just a suggestion , but take a look at your menu and see if you are using zylitol or ketchup,bbq sauce… ketchup and bbq sauce count as a whole carb!!! A whole piece of bread!!! It counts as a whole piece of bread!!! 1 tsp of zylitol counts as 1/3 carb. These sneaky carbs will get you every time. Salad dressing!! same way! Debbie Good luck and God blessWhen I first starting I was using 2 zylitol in every glass of tea which I drank non stop!!! I was drinking about 3 pieces of bread a day. No wonder it took awhile to start losing!!:P
