    I just joined today, I must say I am disappointed in the selection of foods. I was hoping the food choices would be a little more “everyday” stuff. I am not interested in having to go to Whole Foods to do my shopping each week. With that being said is it still possible to substitute organic items with regular items? How much does this affect the progress of the weight loss?

    Hubby and I are new too, we joined last week. We haven’t been successful in finding every single ingredient but we are excited to try new recipes that we’ve never done before. The weekly grocery list was great but it didn’t calculate enough sweet potatoes for the recipes…it said 0.75oz and some of the recipes called for several cups. I can’t find SWG bread in Walmart or Kroger. We’ll have to find a Whole Foods somewhere, I guess. Wish you the best! 🙂

    I have just joined & i am very dissappointed because i cannot figure out what to do. where does it tell us what to eat

    Go to your home page and you will find a link to create your menu. Walmart doesn’t carry sprouted bread in my area. I get mine at Food Lion. It will be frozen. My store keeps organic and gluten free in the same section and that’s where I find it in other stores. Just joined today and I must say I’m going to have to be a bit creative with the menu they gave me. I had to swap out a few items for it to make sence. I like herring but not at breakfast!
