Ossie-SharonMemberHi, dmenez. In the ‘Apps’ section, see the bottom of the page – ‘Menu History’. Your menus are stored there.

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, Nelewis7. If you have been on restrictive weight loss diets before, your body needs time to adjust to eating normal amounts of food and get its normal metabolic rate back. If you have been on these diets, the fact that you have not gained weight overall is a good sign. One way to jump-start your metabolism is to make even minor changes to your physical activity level: swap an exercise to work new muscles, add 5-10 more minutes per day, or insert short (30 second) bursts of intense exercise into your plan, i.e. bits of jogging here and there in a long walk, etc. Also, pay attention to how you look and feel and how your clothes fit more than the number on the scale.
If there is still no improvement in a couple of weeks, please do repost, and I will work with you. - AuthorPosts
