MemberHow about adding saeweed to your diet in place of fish oil? I read somewhere that fish get the high Omega 3 content from the seaweed they eat.

MemberHi, Darnell. Microalgae, yes – these tend to make the fish type, DHA and EPA. The type of algae known as seaweed make the plant type that fish can convert to DHA and EPA.

MemberI live on a small Scottish Island with no access to whole food stores. I’ve already bought nuts and stuff online, but have no idea what you mean by fish oil. Is cod liver oil in capsules any good?
You have to bear in mind that I’m British and don’t have the same lingo as many on here.March 8, 2014 at 10:48 pm #18486Ossie-Sharon
MemberHi, LostinLewis. Cod liver oil isn’t really the same thing. What is meant by fish oil is a combination of DHA and EPA. The following is a link to a product that you can order

To bypass the video, close the window, then click “stay on page” – you’ll see the video script, and toward the bottom, you’ll see where you can order. - AuthorPosts
