snappybookwormMemberI still have some fresh orange juice in my fridge, its Tropicana and states on the package that it is not from concentrate. When I watched the information video it said that juice from concentrate was bad for you. Also, If I squeezed my own oranges could I drink this? I really enjoy a glass of fresh orange juice in the morning.

LABFIT56MemberI too am interested in the answer to this question, as well as orange juice, I also wonder about all the other juices available not from Concentrate? I am new to the Trim Club and not sure about following posts, but I did click subscribe and hopefully will receive posts when you do? Thanks, Lynne

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, ladies. If you squeeze your own juice, that is definitely better than store-bought.
Even if a product states that it is not from concentrate, it is often processed in an undesirable way that reduceds of the nutritional value, adds undesirable preservatives, and makes your blood sugar, insulin, and fats vulnerable to the sugar.March 28, 2014 at 7:55 pm #18882
jbail31MemberI too like a glass of orange juice when I wake up. Just want to check that Sainsburys Pure Squeeze orange juice (not concentrate) is ok to continue drinking. I have only just signed up to the club and want to ensure that I don’t continue with any ‘bad habits’. Please advise.

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, jbail31. That product is one of the better ones, but try to get it with pulp, and don’t overdo it.
