  1. I’m going to substitute Worcestershire sauce for the red wine. I just wanted to check the Worcestershire sauce I’ve got is ok..its ingredients are listed thus: barley malt vinegar, molasses, sugar, water, salt and then it’s the spices etc. Can I use it?

  2. most recipes contain all kinds of spices, seasonings that I cannot have. My diet, unfortunately, uses no spices, no ginger, green peppers, pepper, garlic. This limits my diet. When I read a recipe and see that it contains these items, I eliminate them.\

  3. 2 chicken breast ; this would be 4 pieces of breast, correct. One chicken breast is the whole breast of one chicken. Correct.? Please advise, younger people may not realize th at a chicken only has one breast . When the breast is split, one would have two pieces. h. E L P.
