I just came back from grocery shopping and I looked at every brand of butter there and not one contained olive oil, and had large amounts of salt in them. I then found BECEL BUTTERY TASTE margarine and looked at the label. It says:
Calories=70 Fat=8g Saturated-1g trans=0g polyunsaturated=2.5g monounsatrated=4g Omega6=1.5g Omega3=0.5g sodium=70g carbohydrate=0g
As this seemed more healthy than the butter, I chose this. Please advise.

Hi, Lynda. Some people swear by Becel for positive effects on their cholesterol. Just note that it contains palm oil, so if you have a history of blood fats, do get regular check-ups.
