I can’t eat any kind of fruit or raw vegetables. What will that do to the diet ??? And what do I substitute when a snack or meal includes that as most of them do ???
Hi, craftycw. You can eat canned fruit (in natural juice) and cooked vegetables – no problem there.
Fron Craftycw … can’t eat canned fruit either
If you can do cooked vegetables, that is just fine. Perhaps you can vegetable (and perhaps fruit) powders, i.e. in shakes that you can take with you as snacks in a thermos.
