I want to make the Cheesy Mushroom Deep Dish Quiche but one of the ingredients is natural bacon salt. No one around my area including the local health food store knows anything about it. Would it be possible to use just regular salt or sea salt instead?
Hi, Lois, sure. It’s just a matter of flavoring. You can also use a mix of garlic, black pepper, and paprika (smoked is best, if you can find it).
