Is there a way to find out the nutrition values to the recipes they give us to make I would like to know? and is there a reason its not posted for every one to see?

Most of the recipes in the Recipe section of the site have the exchanges listed – we work with exchanges (much like the American Diabetes Association) to make sure your nutritional needs are being met.
