Instead of organic popcorn or baked potato chips, what about organic sweet potato chips or nacho cheese beanitos (white bean chips) which is made without preservatives and made with non-GMO ingredients. Also, how many mandarine oranges equal 1 large regular orange? I’ve been guessing at 2.
Hi, Louis. Those snacks sound just fine – just be sure there are no hydrogenated fats or MSG.
Regarding mandarin oranges, two small ones are equal to an orange, but some can get big enough to be on a one-to-one basis. In this case, try going by weight until you can eyeball the size – 120 grams or 4 oz or 1/4 pound is one fruit exchange.
