MemberNewbie here, and I remember seeing a list of foods and allowable portions on the website….can’t find it again ! Also recipe for. Fruit juice shake non-dairy , and Chili with meat and beans, organic, miso soup….all of which are on MY planner… TX

MemberHi, Joanna70. The list of exchanges is here: http://www.trimdownclub.com/exchanges-lists. Note that they are not necessarily the “allowable” portions, but rather units with which you can build your portions and meals.

MemberThey have fruit drinks non dairy in their recipes section. A lot call for coconut milk it’s very good 🙂

MemberHi, Travis. In the “Apps” section, scroll down to the Menu History application, and when you enter, you will see your menu(s) listed by date.
