MemberEven though I switched out all my foods for more natural stuff. I feel like I constantly want to snack. Why is that?? And I’m craving sweet stuff like chocolate as well.

MemberHi, MrsMarcrum1513. That is rather unusual in this program, but not unusual when making a major life change. It could be that the changes were made too quickly. I suggest to swapping in a few of your old favorites, but at smaller portions, then gradually upgrading them. I also suggest making sure that you are keeping up with all your individual meals throughout the day, and that you eat when you are most active. Be sure to eat something an hour before you work out, then eat something after your workout to recover – after an intense workout, it is recommended to have a carb and a protein, even if it is outside of the framework of your usual menu. If this slows your weight loss, then take these snacks out of your ‘budget’ for food later in the day.
You can also try sipping on something throughout the day that you like, but that has minimal effects on your day, such as tea or coffee.March 22, 2014 at 2:16 am #18728MrsMarcrum1513
