I would like to know if there are tables on this site telling us how much of each nutrient group we need to include in each of the meals over a day: Carbs, fats, proteins, fruits, veggies etc
Would like to be able to put a meal together quickly without having to consult the menu guide.
Ex: What does each snack need to include?
oNCE you do one menu , you can go to the right and it will give you your nutritionalvalues for each day.
