Hi just joined yesterday and entered my food items and printed out my shopping list, very excited about changing my lifestyle and dropping weight. I wnet shopping and didn’t even get everything on my list and spent 185.00 and figure I still have about 50.00 more to go … My only concern is that I have had my Galbladder removed and wonder if this will affect my losing weight… anyone have any knowledge on this front…..
Hi, MarionS, and welcome! Losing your gallbladder is unlikely to slow your weight loss. What I would recommend, however, is to go easy on very fatty foods to avoid symptoms such as pain and nausea.
