I purchased the above flavoured carbonated Beverage made with concentrated white grapes, lime and lemon juice.
One can has 120 calories,
Fat – 0,
sodium – 20mg – 1%,
Potassium – 95mg – 3%,
Carbohydrates – 29G – 10%
Sugars – 28g – derived from natural fruit juice and
Protein – 1g
Am I able to have one of these or should I take something out and adjust my plan?

Hi, SharonJR. That product is better than most sodas, as it is all-natural, but it is still a source of concentrated sugar without fiber. I would suggest to have small amounts, perhaps diluted with regular soda water.
