My menus planner always keeps me in the low 80% range. The feel lucky generates in the low 90% range! however it disregards my likes and dislikes of food. Try as I might, I cannot get my menu to climb up to the 90% range. I lose weight very slowly and would wonder if the higher % wouldn’t be better. I can do exchanges and keep the majority in the light blue category, but still cannot get it up to the 90% range. Why can’t my menu planner give me a higher % number. I also find that overall, the quick menu gives less than 5 fruit/veg.
    Thx. Katie

Ossie Sharon, can you please help with this query. I’m not the only one needing an answer. Thankyou

Hi, Katie. Try selecting more foods in lighter blues – those have the highest scores.

Ossie, many of us have the same question… I ‘ve changed to all light blue and the highest i can get it is 87% It doesn’t make sense

Hi, Debbie. The scores range from 1-5, so the lighter blue can be 4-5, middle blue 3-4, and lightest blue 1-2. That can explain it.

Hi there I am new to trim down club I have finished ticking all the relevant items on the planner . What happens now?

    #18861

Hi, Janice, and welcome! At the bottom of the “Snacks” page, you will see a “Finish” button – click on that, and your weekly menu will appear.
If the “Finish” button is grayed out and does not work, it indicates that you need to select more items (until the big checkmark next to each food group has changed from gray to orange).

Thanks for getting back Sharon. The light blue still will not bring me up over the 90%, however! a lot of my proteins are in the med? blue colour. I understand that soya beans are not all that good for us, so I have mostly stopped using the edamame , which is a light blue protein. Could you please guide me on this. Thx. Ossie-Sharon.

Hi, Katie. Edamame are fine – certain soy products are not good, but some are definitely OK – in fact, possibly better than some animal proteins. Since you mentioned most of your proteins are in the medium blue, perhaps see if any of the lightest blue protein options are to your liking.
