MemberHi I’m new to the club and I really want to see results, this is my 2nd day and am so looking forward to meeting new people, I started this topic because I’m a mom to two kids but a nana too, I am raising my granddaughter so not sure we’re I fit in. I have gained 20 pounds since I stopped smoking and I was already a little over weight. Can not wait to see results just hope I have the energy to keep up with all the planning! I work full time so is going to be a balancing act. Does anyone have any suggestions that might help in this transition? Thanks!

MemberHi, Beryl, and welcome! It may seem like a lot at first, so please do ease into it. May small changes, and they will add up, and eventually become second nature. MemberThanks Ossie for the suggestion to Beryl 🙂 We would welcome you in the group Beryl there is a lot of support and help with all the planning, we’ve all found it a lot to start with but it does get easier and it so worth it to feel better. We’re international in the group, some of us with children and grandchildren, some not, but friendly we all are.
