I heard honey & cinnamon mixed can lower your cholesterol levels by 10%,.. but I started to get a headache.. do you have any suggestions.
Hi, Honeyin805. Much of the research notes using high-quality unsaturated oils, lots of fiber (especially from legumes and oats), and antioxidants and other plant nutrients to lower cholesterol. Herbs and spices like cinnamon are great for that, as is garlic. I would not recommend counting on any sweeteners for this, including honey.
Losing weight is also a big help, and that’s why you’re here, of course.
