I just joined this program. Had really high hopes……my concern is that I’m not a cook and I don’t care to become one. I’m single and live alone. I like fast & easy. I don’t eat out much. I generally just buy foods I can pull out of the frig and eat…..little to no fussing.
Any suggestions?
Hi, SuziCube, and welcome. There is no need to do a lot of cooking here. Note that the lists suggest many ready-to-eat or nearly ready foods that are easy for the single person – nuts, legumes, fruits, vegetables, good breads, cheeses, etc. Just take what you normally eat and see if there are better version out there.
