I work just about all the time, is it possible to get a list of all foods i can eat, and the ones to stay away from.

When you enter the Menu Planner application (in “Apps” above), you will be led to lists for Morning, Noon, Evening, and Snacks meals – in each section, the foods in lighter blues are better, and the darker blues are not recommended. You will notice that we recommend whole, fresh, unrefined foods with excess salt or sugar and no artificial sweeteners or additives.
