What do I replace all of the nuts with in your recipes. Looking at the first one, lemon cottage cheese muffins, it has ground up almonds. I assume the recipe will be too runny without the ground up almonds? Any advise.
Hi, Catieh. Are you trying to eat gluten-free? If not, regular whole wheat flour can take the place of almond meal in baked goods (if so, try to find a whole grain gluten-free flour mix for baking).
